The Intensive Week is held in German. If you're interested in an English workshop, please feel free to contact me. Once there are enough interested participants, I will get in touch with you.
In the Intensive Week, we create a supportive space together – a sort of territory outside the patriarchy – where deep connections can flourish, and different life visions can unfold. Working over the course of a week allows for a deep exploration of yourself. This way, you can draw new strength, courage, and hope, discovering what changes you want to make in your life and how to go about achieving them.
During the Intensive Week, we come together as a fixed group from Saturday to Friday, dedicating our days to processing experiences and creating meaningful changes in our lives, so we can live and love in a way that truly resonates with us.
The deep collaboration throughout the week allows for particularly profound work. Listening to the experiences of others fosters a sense of shared healing. Often, the stories of fellow participants feel familiar, and this unique connection continues to strengthen even after our time together ends.
The week includes a mix of sharing, insights, selected exercises, movement, relaxation, and community.
The program is based on the year-long training by Sabine Groth at the Feminist Coaching Academy, where I completed my training as a feminist coach.
The Intensive Week is all about processing your past experiences and gaining a deeper understanding of yourself so that you can create the necessary changes to lead a more self-determined and happier life. To achieve this, we will:
Notice
Coaching is very effective in many crisis situations and difficult life phases. However, there are areas where coaching reaches its limits and therapeutic or psychiatric treatment are required.
The Intensive Week consists of six sections that build upon each other. On the first day, we get to know each other. After that each day is dedicated to one of the following sections:
Inner Child Day 2
The more aware we are of our early wounds, the less we need to re-experience them in our relationships. That’s why we start by addressing the inner child, creating space for new ways of feeling, thinking, and acting.
Self-Worth Day 3
Few relationships have as profound an impact on our other connections as the one we cultivate with ourselves. On the third day, we engage in self-care by tending to our emotions and needs. Together, we strengthen our self-worth and cultivate a loving relationship with ourselves.
Relationship Skills Day 4
On the fourth day, we reflect on past and recurring wounds, taking responsibility for our part in previous relationship dynamics. You discover what you need to feel comfortable in relationships and how to create relationships on equal footing.
Body & Sexuality Day 5
Due to patriarchal influences, many of us harbor negative feelings towards our bodies and, consequently, our sexuality. On the fifth day we strive to diminish shame and fears while nurturing a compassionate awareness and understanding of our bodies and sexuality.
Dreams & Visions Day 6
Frequently, fears and doubts about our personal lives spill over into our relationships. Hence, it’s crucial to lead a fulfilling life on various fronts. On our sixth day, we focus on uncovering your life aspirations and devising strategies to actualize them.
Farewell & New Beginnings Day 7
On our last day, we take stock of our year together. We recognize our starting point and acknowledge our growth. We bid farewell to one another, empowered by the progress we’ve made, ready to embark on a new, more self-determined chapter of our lives.
I draw from a variety of methods, emphasizing the integration of mind, body, and soul. Throughout all sections, we work with:
