We often hear that we should love ourselves more or have stronger self-worth. But let’s be honest: the ideal of “self-love” can feel out of reach, and our self-esteem often depends on external validation. When things go well, we feel great—but when they don’t, we can be especially hard on ourselves.
So how do we find kind, compassionate words for ourselves when things go wrong? How do we comfort ourselves when we need it most? The answer is self-compassion.
In this weekend workshop, you’ll learn how to be gently present for yourself through both the easy and the hard moments. We’ll look inward, but we’ll also explore the system we live in: What messages have we absorbed about how we should relate to ourselves? What patterns and parallels shape the way we treat ourselves?
You will go through a small emotional transformation this weekend, which is why I recommend keeping your evenings and the following Monday as free as possible for rest and self-care.
By the end of the weekend, you’ll leave with a deeper understanding of yourself—feeling inspired, empowered, and equipped with new perspectives and practical tools to cultivate a more loving relationship with yourself. The best part? We’ll practice self-care throughout the weekend, with plenty of breaks, meditation, movement, relaxation, and the energy of community. During this time, you will:

Coaching is very effective in many crisis situations and difficult life phases. However, there are areas where coaching reaches its limits and therapeutic or psychiatric treatment are required.
During the weekend, you’ll experience a powerful mix of targeted exercises, discussions, meditation, physical touch (only if you want), movement, and theoretical input.
